Kongregate embeds your game onto their site with no borders. Instructions on how to submit games are on the site as well, so it's pretty simple and works great.

Kongregate did not remove the borders of the game I uploaded, so PMC's bar is still visible (I think that is something PMC will like).
I set width = 620 and height = 400. Furthermore, a nice idea is to set Iframe URL in this form: http://www.playmycode.com/play/embed/Giorgio_Sotiro/puzzleblocks?auto_play=true.
Notice the "?auto_play=true" part at the end of the URL, that will make the game play automatically.
Have to admit, I tried the same and can see the PMC banner (http://www.kongregate.com/games/FiveSprites/asteroids). I think Hamid adjusted the iframe properties to hide it. Also can't see his game on PMC so guessing he also made it exclusive to Kongregate.
And so, after just over a hundred plays, Asteroids has earned a whopping $0.08. Wow - totally not worth it =/
